Kolejne zmiany w wersji testowej emulatora SEGI SATURN - chyba najwierniejszego emulatora tej konsoli wśród obecnych projektów, w tej odsłonie możemy pograć w DOOM'a. Skoro przy Saturnie już jesteśmy warto również zerknąć na najnowszą wersję yoYabusse, w którym nowy, eksperymentalny rekompilator zyskał prawie 50% wzrost wydajności w stosunku do wcześniejszych wersji. Można... w moich preferencjach i  tak wolę poczciwego SSF;)

Higan jest nowym dzieckiem Byuu, autora Bsnesa, bazujący głównie na jego kodzie emuluję cała rodzinę konsol: Famicom (NES8), Super Famicom (SNES), Super Game Boy, BS-X Satellaview, Sufami Turbo, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, WonderSwan i WonderSwan Color, a od tej wersji również pojawia się wczesna emulacja Sega Master System (Mark III), Sega Game Gear, Sega Mega Drive (Genesis), and NEC PC Engine (Turbografx-16). Do dziwnych wtrętów tego emulatora należy np. obsługa tylko własnego formatu dumpów - możemy przekonwertować pliki np. .sfc za pomocą dołączonego programu icarus.

Nowa wersja multiemulatora Phoenix, który rozpoczął  od emulacji konsoli 3DO (bazując trochę na FourDo;)), a w chwili obecnej potrafi również udawać Colecovision (99%), Sega Master System (98%) i o emulację Atari Jaguar (95%). Nazwa wersji sama tłumaczy, co znajdziemy w środku - zmiany dotycza tylko emulacji konsoli ATARI JAGUAR (skok z 89 na 95%;))

Mednafen jest bardzo udanym multiemulatorem, który powstał przede wszystkim z myślą o linuksie, jednak dzięki portowi pod win32 i ostatnio testowanej wersji x64, możemy pobawić się nim także pod okienkami. Jest na tyle dobrym udawaczem, że na podwalinie jego kodu powstały takie emulatory jak VBjin (VirtualBoy) i PCEjin (PCEngine) Delikata. Menfagen pozwala zaemulować platformy Atari Lynx, GameBoy (Color), GameBoy Advance, NES, PC Engine(TurboGrafx 16), SuperGrafx, Neo Geo Pocket (Color), PC-FX i  WonderSwan (Color)) PSX i SEGA SATURN.

BlastEm, emulator Genesis, w zamierzeniu ma być najdokładniejszym odwzorowaniem prawdziwej maszyny (cel, który jest świętym Graalem wszystkich współczesnych udawaczy), przy jednocześnie małym zapotrzebowaniem na moc sprzętu, do celu jeszcze trochę brakuje. Jednak i w obecnej postaci emulator powinien zadowolić przeciętnego łowcę pikseli. W chwili obecnej BlastEm jest jednym z nielicznych programów, oprócz Genesis Plus GX, który może prawidłowo wyświetlić część megadema "TITAN 512C Forever" (Overdrive demo), a jedynym emulator oprócz Exodus, który przechodzi wszystkie 122 testów w "Nemesis 'VDP FIFO Testing ROM", a także prawidłowo wyświetla demo "Direct Color DMA".
