[Arcade] Raine v0.63.4-15

Nowa wersja emulatora maszynek arcade Raine, a w zasadzie kolejna subwersja tego arcadowego wyjadacza wśród emulatorów i kolejna garść poprawek, których suma nie zasłużyły na podbicie numeru wersji. Po wpisach widać, że większość poprawek dotyczy modułu NeoCD.

  • don't try to restore music when associations are disabled for some reason it's the wrong track which is restored, silence is best in this case

Człowiek nie miał czasu, żeby na spokojnie zaktualizować newsy przez tydzień... i jak się okazuje trudno mówić o porywającym wysypie newsów.  Nowa wersja emulatora maszynek arcade RAINE, o dziwo chyba w miarę stabilna, bo od 15 żadnych fixów.

Przedwczoraj nowa wersja, wczoraj pierwszy fix, dzisiaj kolejny... dla nowej wersję emulatora maszynek arcade RAINE wzbogaconą o wstępną emulację układu SH-2 (póki co, tylko w wersji x86 emulatora, być może kiedyś wzbogaci równieź x64).

Ktoś uwierzył, że wersja "c" będzie ostateczna? Now właśnie;) Więc mamy kolejny pakiet poprawek emulatora arcade Raine. Uwaga, również nowe pliki środowiskowe.
