• Updated to MAME 0.146u4
• Finally fixed the startup lag thanks to CMDList at MAMEWorld Forum. After the first startup your Game List will be cached and the next startup will be practically immediate. There are still some slow issues like the Game Audit/F5 Refresh and (if you use them) the loading of History.dat and Mameinfo.dat. Though the vast majority of the work is done.
• Implemented a full D3D Clean Stretch completely different from the previous one taken from CabMAME. The option is disabled by default and is recommended for users with a widescreen 16:9 LCD monitor with high resolutions.
• Re-introduced an old speedup hack for some PGM.C games.

NOTE: It is recommended that you delete your old GAMELIST.INI and MAMEUIFX.INI before launch this new version. This will be probably the very last time you have to do this step.
