Big Blue is a frontend for Windows that can launch any program (MAME, PC games, and other programs). It supports a wide range of computer configurations; it works at low resolutions with 15khz standard resolution arcade monitors, it works at 3840x2160 with modern computer setups, it works with 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 16:9, 16:10, and 21:9 aspect ratio monitors, and it works with multiple displays simultaneously in surround monitor configuration modes. Big Blue can output to up to 5 unique monitors simultaneously. Unlike many frontends, Big Blue was designed to be completely program agnostic. It can launch videos from VLC as easily as it can launch PC games or emulators. It comes with a powerful GUI configuration program that allows you to add programs to your lists by simply dragging and dropping files. Big Blue has robust support for input devices, allowing you to connect multiple mice and keyboards to a single computer and assigning the same keys and buttons on each keyboard and mouse to unique functions within the frontend. For example, you can have one trackball for controlling the menu, and a separate mouse-driven spinner that controls the volume.
