Thanks to kd-11, Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty and Tools of Destruction saw a significant performance improvement during January, and now properly work with resolution scaling! The performance improvement in Quest for Booty even surprised us!
Eladash also fixed an old regression causing some pixels to be rendered out in the incorrect color when using the SPU LLVM or Interpreter Decoders. This affected God of War III, Sly 4, MotorStorm Apocalypse, House of the Dead: Overkill, and more.
As mentioned in the video, Sly Cooper Thieves in Time requires Force CPU Blit to be enabled in-order to use resolution scaling. To do this, go to RPCS3GuiConfigs on Windows or ~/.config/rpcs3/GuiConfigs on Linux. Then open CurrentSettings.ini and change showDebugTab=false to showDebugTab=true. Now, right-click Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time in your game-list, and create a custom configuration. Now go to the debug tab and turn Force CPU Blit on. It's not recommended you use this setting with any games that don't require it, which is why we recommend you make a custom configuration.
