One of these, but with 32 games instead of 50.
My uncle got this some time ago, it was free with the purchase of some home appliance. Since he had no use for it, he gave it to me. I was like 'Oh cool! A Famiclone!', hoping to find a bunch of first-gen Famicom games like on the Power Joys, but what I found was a huge turd of 'original' games, terribly programmed, repetitive music, etc. and some extensive hacks of original games. After a few minutes of playing with it, I threw it away and even cut the AV cord to do an AV lead for my Sega Genesis.
Thanks to JC I got interested in it again, so I've soldered some RCA plugs and took screenshots of the various games. Here you go!

Now to the games:

01 Transmission


Terrible controls, terrible music, boring as hell, is this original or a hack?

02 Burrow Explorer


You're a miner exploring some dark cave only aided by your headlight. Touch anything and you'll die. Another crappy game.

03 Firebase


This is one of many crappy shooting games. The physics are terrible, (no acceleration, no friction, etc) everything moves at constant linear velocity. You have to shoot those flying missiles and dodge their bombs. When you beat the level, the color palette changes. Crap.

04 Bug's War



I don't get this game very much. Apparently you plant bombs on the ground to kill bugs. Every time you put a bomb you get an annoying animation of the bomb being placed on the ground, it makes everything pretty slow and boring, I pushed reset after 30 seconds of playing.

05 Cute Fish


Some crappy fishing game. I can't seem to catch any fish. Sometimes a mermaid jumps up.

You though Legend of Zelda? WRONG! Crappy FreeCell game that won't even start! Unplayable.

07 Assart


What's with the name?! I tend to read it as ASS ART! Kind of like pulling your pants down and sitting in a photocopier.
You're some farmer walking over patches of grass. Once you walk over a patch of grass you can't go back, and you must clear the whole board. If you get a rock on the way you can break it, you only have three 'rock breakers'.

08 Javelin Throw

Extensive hack of Track & Field's Javelin Throw event. Even sound effects are different.

09 Star Fighter


Another 'shoot crap falling from the sky' game.

10 Archery

Extensive hack of Track & Field's Archery event. Also much harder.

11 Robot


This is one of those 'guide your robot around a maze' games.

12 100m Dush

Extensive hack of Track & Field's 100m Dash event. When you get to the finish line the game glitches and hangs up.

13 Shoot

Extensive hack of Track & Field's Skeet Shooting event. The difficulty has been ramped up.

14 Diamond


Judging by the name alone I thought this was Magic Jewelry, but it's an extensive hack of Arkanoid. The levels are the same, the pirates added music, and your objective is to get that diamond shape to get to the next level. Also blocks drop diamonds instead of pills, and apparently you've got infinite lives.

15 Box World


It's Sokoban! I love that game, and it's the only worthwhile game for me in this pile of shit. I'd love to own it on a standalone Famicom cart, so I don't have to plug this turd into the TV to play it.

16 110m Hurdles

Extensive hack of Track & Field's 110m Hurdles game. There's not much point on playing these on the DreamGear Famiclone: only one joystick ruins the fun of competitive playing, it's got turbo buttons so you can cheat, and playing all of the events separately is no fun.

17 Moto Rushing


Looks like Road Fighter, albeit it plays much crappier. Again, no physics whatsoever, and you crash every other second with barrels placed on the road.

18 Bubble


This is no Bubble Bobble, JC! . It's another 'shoot crap falling from the sky' game with an underwater theme. Crap.

19 Triple Jump

Extensive hack of Track & Field's Triple Jump event.

20 Shot Put

This is not on the original Track & Field! Could someone illuminate me here please?
Anyway I can't seem to qualify.

21 Twin Cards


A shitty memory game.

22 Goblet Tower


Wow look! It's Towers of Hanoi! I love playing this game on Linux systems, and also with coins . This makes it semi-worthwhile, just like Box World.

23 Searching

Another crappy memory game. This time with fish.

24 Depth Bomb




Battleship! Doesn't seem too bad, but it doesn't seem fun to play either.

25 Strafe


Yet another 'shoot crap falling from the sky' game, this time like Atari's Missile Command, but with crippled controls, you can only shoot in three predefined directions.

26 Dinosaur


Instead of shooting crap falling from the sky, you have to pick it up. Most of these games just do a palette swap when you beat the level.

27 Aimless


Looks like the bastard child of Sky Destroyer and Space Harrier. Boring.

28 RB Chess

Crappy clone of Go! Played with a cursor.

29 Puzzle

A crappy number puzzle game with a Microsoft Windows theme. Probably taken from those Famiclone Computer Keyboards?

30 Russia

Tetris! Good to see a worthwhile game on this DreamTurd! It's a crappy clone (surprised?) but at least it does the job.

31 High Jump

Extensive hack of Track & Field's High Jump event.

What's with the name! And what a better way to finish this CrapGear game with Yet Another Memory Game! Pure class!

Phew! I'm glad this is over! I feel like the Angry Video Game Nerd now, dipping my hands on buffalo's diarrhea to bring you the ultimate in poorly programmed Famicom games! Hope you enjoy this, JC! and everyone else too

Awesome! A bunch of crappy games, but I'm starting to see some connections between the games you've got and the games I've got.

I can't believe they just endlessly hack some of the same games, over and over and over -- I have some of those crap-falling-from-the-sky shooters, different from what you've got. One of your Memory games -- Parthear -- looks a lot like the Memory game I posted, only mine's got a cute anime chick on the screen! I've also got that Diamond hack of Arkanoid; I love Arkanoid, but like yours, the infinite lives sucks. I like that you have to get the diamond, just 'cause it's a twist on a really good game. Goblet Tower and Burrow Explorer look interesting. I wouldn't mind trying them out. Depth Bomb looks like a clone of Navy Blue. I've got that Tetris clone, only mine is a cross between Soap Panic and Tetris -- the pieces are made of bubbles.

I'll have to take another look over the screenshots tomorrow to work them into my lists. Thanks for posting them!
