TIM ARNOT c64 whole memory guide (pdf)

Hi, with @ollie we scanned "TIM ARNOT c64 whole memory guide". As it's not so easy to find the book, we thought maybe some of you would be happy to have it.

I chased it on ebay, got it, scanned it, but the printing was not very good, so @ollie reworked each and every single page of the book.

The file is 113Mbytes.
