• Made timing and other changes which get mockingboard sounding MOSTLY correct but there is still an overall timing issue (6522 perhaps?) which makes sound updates fire off way too slowly.

• Resolved small issue with sapling file generation -- virtual filesystem is "kind of" working better now but still needs some TLC.

• Make text mode the default mode on startup, this should correct lores-on-boot issues that happen intermittently.

• Added index bounds exception catch which fires off when screen modes are changing in mid-scanline. These shouldn't be causing issues but they do for some reason -- some odd race condition or something. But anyway, this makes the race condition a moot issue since the next screen refresh corrects the problem.
