PPSSPP to świetny emulator Sony PSP, napisanym w C++ przez jednego ze współautorów emulatora Dolphin udającego konsolę Nintendo Wii/GameCube Henrika Rydgarda. Nikt nie twierdzi, że nie da się w nim jeszcze paru rzeczy doszlifować, jednak z doskoku dla przyjemności grania i obsługi jest wśród emulatorów PPSSPP w ścisłej czołówce. Wersja instalacyjna jest reportowana przez antywirus MS jako potencjalnie niebezpieczna (zapewne kolejne false positive, jednak dla pewności tym razem tylko .zip)
Najprawdopodbniej za parę godzin pojawi się wersja 1.9.1 (jest już nowy zrzut na repo), co prawda w 1.9.1 póki, co zmienił się jedynie manifest dla androida (wersja), ale znając życie pojawi się fix do fixa, jak to już nie raz bywało.

This is no ordinary release - a lot of work has gone into fixing up long-standing rendering issues, such as the water in Outrun or characters clipping through the background in Kurohyou 2, smoke showing through walls in Ratchet & Clank, there are new VR builds for Quest and PICO, and many other things!
