• Added platform specific ini files. If a platform specific ini file exists in the skins folder, that file will be used instead (e.g. NESskins.ini or 2600skins.ini).

• Completely revamped other platforms (now works seamlessly if two games have the exact same name but different platforms)
• Added cache file for much faster loading (creates cache file initially, can reload data through File menu)
• Fixed issue where not having a main games folder would result in a weird error.

• Both above to speed up editing. While editing, a full refresh is only needed when adding a new.
• Added Move All option to main list context menu to move all games to another folder. (note: this moves all currently visible games)
