Nowa poprawka dla emulatora SONY PLAYSTATION - PCSXR. Co prawda rozwój tego emulatora dotyczy przede wszystkim wersji GTK (linux i dla masochistów win) i MacOS, jednak wprawne oko znajdzie także pare fixów dla wersji Windows.

PEOpS OpenGL:
Added a new setting "Force 4:3 aspect ratio", cuz I wanted to have a 4/3 screen with the 16/9 fullscreen resolution. Seems to work. =D
It only works if "Force psx aspect ratio" is enabled, cuz I'm lazy.
Description added for the GTE option, and misc alignment things.
I dunno what's the aspect ratio for the Widescreen option, so maybe this could be changed to a combobox? With settings like "Force aspect ratio: None, PSX, 4:3, 16:9".
