Dream64, pomimo, że nazwa bardziej pasuje do emulatorów Nintendo64, pozwala udawać pod Windowsami komputer Commodore 64, jego początki sięgają lat 2008 - 2009. Jak sam autor wspomina Dream64 jest projektem pisanym dla własnej przyjemności i dużo jeszcze mu brakuje do trio rządzącego emulacją maszynek firmy Commodore (Vice, CCS64, Hox64 a ostatnio i Micro64). Prosty w użytkowaniu pozwala odpalić większość gier dostępnych na tę platformę, posiada także tryb turbo pozwalający na szybkie wczytywanie obrazów dyskietek.
