Details:

malzak 2: dip switch editor now shows keyboard shortcut for console key.
incorporated Damaso's latest Spanish translation.
coin-ops: added shadowing support.
arcadia: improved game help for Route 16.
fixed: after browsing menu or using a modal requester, timing was
being rushed.
wa: fixed: memory editor region listbox was going up to $FFFF.
cm: improved sprite handling.
cm: fixed: screen wasn't being rotated when making a screenshot.
various other minor lb/cm fixes.
si50: now uses a larger and less distorted controls bitmap.
updated the French translation.
pong: added a rifle scoring troubleshooter to the user manual.

wa: fixed: it was using the wrong code page in the console window (except
when running in Russian).
incorporated Samir's latest Italian translation.
pong: dip switch editor now shows keyboard shortcuts for console keys,
where applicable. improved the Dutch translation.
wa: fixed missing separator in Dutch View menu.
incorporated Stefan's latest German translation.
pong: improved shadowing behaviour when bats are overlapped. now can correctly handle negative numbers entered by the user.
fixed: timing was wrong when running at high speeds under high host CPU loads.
