[MULTI] WinArcadia 17.11

Changes since V17.1:

• New debugger CLI command: IM (view IMagery).
• Miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes.

Changes between V17.1 for OS4 and V17.11:

• wa: fixed: Ctrl+Shift+7 wasn't working for cm/lb.
• now shows CRC32 in "Help|Game information..." subwindow.
• now it doesn't print an error message if you have an empty field in the  "edit" (poke) gadget.
• fixed: it was crashing when looping COR files.
• debugger CLI: added IM command.
• removed redundant "View|All memory" and "View|ROM as imagery" commands.
• phunsy: now "View|Motherboard RAM contents" command also shows banked memory.
• cm/lb: now it knows the cm and lb character sets (for "View|Screen contents" command, etc.).
• fixed: pong/cm/lb COS/COR files weren't being recognized by the auditing subsystem (including sidebar).
