RetroCopy jest multiemulatorem systemów Sega Genesis / Megadrive, Sega Master System (SMS), Nintendo (NES), Arcade Emulator, GameGear szczycącym się przedewszystkim bardzo dokładnym odwzorowaniem prędkości emulowanego sprzętu. Dodatkowo posiada on możliwość generowania własnego środowiska 3D, ciągle zresztą rozwijanego (np. nowa wersja rc pozwala na odtwarzanie filmów wideo w jego wirtualnym środowisku). Po dłuższym okresie ciszy, autor tego ciekawego frontendu udostępnił publicznie bety wersji 1.0.

RetroCopy Public Beta 04 - Released August 17 2012
- Please offer suggestions, criticism and whatever else you want! Only Sega Master System is included for this public beta, the other systems will follow once we have ironed out any bugs in the core and/or the addition of netplay.
- Also I'll only be doing windows builds for a little while to speed up the bug hunting process.

- Fixed exit button not closing RC
- Fixed log in issue on server when no avatar or package
- Fixed an issue where a keep-alive ping would happen before authentication and disconnect the user
- Fixed a crash bug that could happen on startup of game
- Fixed a crash that could appear if you shut down RetroCopy before the online thread had finished
- Stopped windows noise from happening when pressing ALT+ENTER
- Fixed issue with running emulator still allowing GUI to receive keyboard input
- Improve GUI efficiency (especially when many inputs are happening)
- Potentially fixed startup lag issue
- Added auto log in feature once successfully logged in
