Ściągając go, otrzymujemy paczkę najnowszych (no prawie) wersji najpopularniejszych emulatorów plus nakładkę, która wiąże to w całość. Dodatkowo EC ściąga sobie okładki i wyświetla podstawowe informacje o emulowanym systemie.
